Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated Sales Leasing Executive to join a high-performing team based in Mt Pleasant.
Working across a diverse portfolio of office, industrial and retail assets, you'll service clients throughout Fremantle, Canning Vale, Booragoon and surrounding southern suburbs.
With excellent administrative support, company-funded marketing and a collaborative team culture, you'll have everything you need to focus on building relationships, winning business and closing deals.
The Opportunity Manage the sales and leasing of a diverse commercial portfolio across office, industrial and retail assets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, investors and owner-occupiers.
Identify new business opportunities and grow your market presence throughout Perth's southern corridor.
Conduct property inspections,



negotiate transactions and manage campaigns from listing through to settlement or lease execution.
Collaborate with an experienced team in a supportive, growth-focused environment.
About You Previous experience in Commercial Sales Leasing is essential.
WA Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.
Property management experience will be highly regarded.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with a genuine drive to grow your commercial property career.
Professional presentation and excellent communication skills.
