The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has become available with a well-established commercial property agency renowned for delivering exceptional service across commercial and industrial assets.
With a collaborative team culture, modern systems and a genuine focus on professional development, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Facilities Manager looking to make an impact within a growing business.
Working closely with the property management team, you'll take ownership of facilities operations across a diverse portfolio, ensuring assets remain safe, compliant and operating to the highest standard.
What You'll Be Doing Managing the day-to-day facilities operations across a commercial and industrial property portfolio Overseeing reactive and preventative maintenance programs Managing contractor performance, service agreements and project delivery Ensuring statutory compliance, risk management and WHS obligations are met Conducting site inspections and identifying opportunities for asset improvements Building strong relationships with clients,



tenants and contractors Preparing operational reports, budgets and maintenance planning What They're Looking For Previous experience managing commercial or industrial facilities Strong understanding of building services, compliance and contractor management Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities Experience using facilities or property management software such as Cirrus FM, Cirrus8 or similar is highly regarded A proactive, solutions-focused approach and genuine passion for delivering exceptional property outcomes Why This Role?
