Quality Clinical Governance Officer We're looking for an experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for quality, clinical governance and continuous improvement to join our clients Residential Aged Care team in the Pilbara.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role where you'll work closely with management and clinical teams to strengthen clinical practice, prepare for accreditation, drive compliance, support education and ensure residents receive secure, high-quality, person-centred care.
About the Role: As the Quality Clinical Governance Leader, you'll take ownership of quality systems and clinical governance across the facility while supporting the team through education, mentoring and best practice initiatives.
You'll be responsible for: Leading quality, compliance and clinical governance programs Preparing the service for accreditation and external audits Managing continuous improvement initiatives and quality systems Monitoring incidents, complaints, clinical indicators and organisational risk Supporting AN-ACC processes through strong clinical documentation and education Delivering staff education,



competency assessments and ongoing training Providing clinical leadership and Registered Nurse support when required Working collaboratively with residents, families, staff and community stakeholders About You: To be successful, you'll bring: Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Experience in quality, clinical governance, senior nursing or care management Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and current aged care legislation Experience with accreditation, audits and compliance Sound understanding of AN-ACC and clinical documentation Excellent communication, leadership and relationship-building skills A passion for mentoring teams and driving continuous improvement Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities National Police Clearance Current Driver's Licence What's on offer: $120,000-$128,000 plus super Room available in a shared house Vehicle, mobile phone, laptop If you would like to discuss the role further, please click APPLY and send through an up-to date CV.
