The team at Flexiforce are seeking an enthusiastic Labourer to do process work for a well-established Manufacturing company out in Mittagong, NSW.
The successful applicant will be using tools to assemble steel frames trusses on a production line for a company specialising in manufacturing prefabricated building components.
This is a hands-on production role suited to someone who enjoys working with tools in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What's on offer: Ongoing employment.
5 days a week, Monday – Friday.
Immediate start.
Work Hours: Mon – Thu: 7am – 3.30pm Fri: 7am – 1pm Main Responsibilities Include:



Assembly process work Manufacturing frame trusses on a production line Using hand tools power tools Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet specifications Maintaining a clean and protected work environment General ad hoc tasks, as required Essential Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role Proven ability to utilise hand power tools safely and efficiently Strong work ethic and positive attitude Physically capable of repetitive manual work Efficient time management skills Capable of working both independently and as part of a team Reliability is a MUST!
