A leading Federal Government agency is seeking MULTIPLE Senior Business Analysts to join a high-performing ICT program team.
This critical role will support major digital transformation initiatives, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, user-focused technology solutions across the organisation.
The successful Senior Business Analysts will be offered an initial 12-month contract with two 12-month extension options at attractive hourly rates.
The successful Senior Business Analysts will be responsible for, but not limited to: Working with stakeholders to analyse current-state and future-state business systems and processes.
Confidently eliciting and defining epics, user stories, acceptance criteria , and non-functional requirements .
Gathering and documenting requirements using standardised templates.
Applying user-centred design techniques such as personas, journey maps, and service blueprints.
Facilitating interviews, workshops, and discussions across diverse stakeholder groups.




Applying business analysis practices to support solution development within emerging technology environments.
Ensuring technology investments align with business goals and strategic objectives.
The successful Senior Business Analysts must have experience in the following: Proven ability to elicit and document user stories, epics, acceptance criteria and NFRs.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Robust experience in user-centred design principles and modelling or analysis tools.
Demonstrated experience delivering business analysis outcomes in modern, innovative ICT environments.
7+ years experience in a similar Senior Business Analyst role.
