The opportunity This is a key Senior Underwriter role within a small, highly experienced Professional Indemnity team.
You will take ownership of complex Professional Indemnity risks, work closely with senior stakeholders and have the opportunity to influence portfolio performance and underwriting strategy.

Key Responsibilities Underwrite and negotiate complex Professional Indemnity risks across new business and renewals Assess risk exposures, financial information and claims experience to support underwriting decisions Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers and key market stakeholders Monitor portfolio performance and contribute to underwriting strategy and profitability initiatives Provide technical underwriting expertise, including policy interpretation and referral support Collaborate with internal stakeholders across claims, legal, risk, finance and operations What we're looking for Professional Indemnity underwriting experience, ideally within the Australian market Strong technical underwriting and policy wording knowledge Proven ability to manage complex risks and make sound underwriting decisions Excellent broker relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills Commercial mindset with an understanding of portfolio performance ANZIIF, ACII or similar insurance qualifications highly regarded Apply now If you're looking for an opportunity to join a highly respected specialty insurer where you can make a genuine impact, we'd love to hear from you.
