About the job Ellucian Ellucian Job Description: • Hands – on working experience on Ellucian Banner Student Information system • Project Implementation experience within the Banner Space • 7+ years of experience writing SQL and using PL/SQL APIs for bi-directional data exchange with Banner Student.
Required skills: Oracle, Ellucian Banner, SQL, PL/SQL, XML/JSON, REST API, Postman, TOAD or SQL Developer or equivalent, Ethos Roles and Responsibilities: • Revise and implement SQL queries and API invocation needed to integrate with the Ellucian Banner Student system.
• Analyze, maintain, support, extend, and improve existing integrations with Banner Student and provide specification, R D, and implement new bi-directional data flow integrations for new products.
• Responsible for advising product management on data retrieval and update capabilities for new product directions and will prototype queries for the engineering team for validation.




• Contribute to improving our field-level documentation.
• Work closely and communicate with our end-users to create the best-in-class integrations for our clients.
• Working knowledge of Linux and Windows-based operating systems.
• Ability to continually learn new technologies and mentor team members.
• Solid Collaboration Skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to multi-task and set task priorities on multiple projects during a project life cycle.
• Create, maintain and improve documentation.
• Ability to lead projects independently and communicate regular status updates to leadership.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
