About the Team You'll join a well-established practice recognised for delivering commercially focused advice on complex workplace matters.
The team advises Australian and international employers across a diverse range of industries, including financial services, insurance, retail, technology, manufacturing, transport, life sciences, property and professional services.
You'll work across a broad mix of advisory, transactional and contentious matters, gaining exposure to industrial relations, enterprise bargaining, workplace health and safety, organisational change, business transformation and the employment aspects of corporate transactions.
The Role Working closely with experienced practitioners, you'll advise and represent employers across a broad range of matters, including: Employment and industrial relations advisory Enterprise bargaining and industrial disputes Unfair dismissal, discrimination and general protections claims Workplace investigations and workplace health safety matters Executive employment arrangements and remuneration Drafting employment contracts, policies and workplace documentation Employment aspects of mergers, acquisitions,



restructures and business transformation State and Federal Court litigation Fair Work Commission and Tribunal matters Mediation, conciliation and alternative dispute resolution Client training and education programs Business development and client relationship management.

WHO IS SUITABLE?

Minimum 5 years post admission experience in Employment Law Experience gained in a recognised mid-tier, top-tier or specialist Employment practice Proven employment advisory and litigation experience Exposure to industrial relations and workplace health safety matters will be highly regarded Excellent technical, drafting and communication skills A commercial and pragmatic approach to client service A collaborative mindset with a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
