About the Client Our client is a well-established NDIS allied health provider delivering high-quality occupational therapy and behaviour support services across Sydney.
With a strong reputation for person-centred care, they pride themselves on building meaningful relationships with participants and empowering clinicians to focus on achieving outstanding outcomes rather than meeting unrealistic KPIs.
Due to continued growth and increasing referrals, they are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to support participants across South West Sydney.
Position Overview This is an ideal opportunity for an Occupational Therapist who enjoys working autonomously while being supported by a close-knit and collaborative team.
You'll manage a varied community-based caseload, with the flexibility to conduct appointments in participants' homes or from one of the organisation's clinic locations where appropriate.
Participants are thoughtfully allocated to clinicians based on experience and location, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality therapy and achieving positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Complete comprehensive functional assessments for NDIS participants.
Develop tailored therapy plans to maximise independence and participation.
Prepare high-quality Functional Capacity Assessments and NDIS reports.




Prescribe assistive technology and home modifications where appropriate.
Work collaboratively with participants, families, support coordinators and other allied health professionals.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Deliver evidence-based interventions that align with participants' individual goals.
About You Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
Current AHPRA registration.
Previous experience working within the NDIS is highly regarded.
Strong Functional Capacity Assessment and report writing experience.
Sound understanding of NDIS legislation and funding pathways.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team environment.
Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
