The role As an experienced Property Manager, you will take charge of managing a property portfolio.

In this role, you will be responsible for, but not limited to: Managing leasing of property vacancies Conducting Entry and Exit inspections Performing routine inspections and distributing reports to property owners Coordinating rent reviews and lease renewals Monitoring arrears and tenant payments Overseeing maintenance tasks and related invoicing Ensuring compliance with key regulations Attending to owner enquiries as required Assisting with trust accounting Participating in weekly team meetings About you To be successful in this position,
