About the Role We are seeking an experienced Field Surveyor to join a growing team delivering a range of land development and civil infrastructure projects.
Working alongside project managers, engineers, and construction teams, you will be responsible for carrying out field surveys, set-outs, and data collection to support project delivery from commencement through to completion.
Key Responsibilities Conduct field surveys for land development and civil construction projects.
Perform construction set-out and as-constructed surveys.
Collect, process, and validate survey data.
Establish and maintain survey control networks.
Prepare survey reports and documentation.
Liaise with site supervisors, engineers, and project stakeholders.
Ensure all survey activities are completed safely and accurately.
Maintain survey equipment and ensure calibration requirements are met.
Skills Experience Minimum 2 years' experience in a Field Surveyor position.
Experience working on land development, subdivisions, and civil infrastructure projects.




Proficient in the use of Topcon survey equipment, including GPS and robotic total stations.
Experience using MAGNET software for survey data management and processing.
Strong understanding of construction set-out procedures and survey methodologies.
Ability to interpret engineering and design plans.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Current driver's licence.
Relevant surveying qualification preferred.
