This is an Account Management / Customer focused Accounts Receivable role, with a true focus on promoting customer satisfaction.
You will be part of a small, supportive and effective team where you will have the responsibility of managing your own portfolio of clients.
Reporting to the Credit Manager, your responsibilities will include: Managing your own portfolio of clients Strong customer service / account management focus Call clients for collections purposes Managing claims and credits Follow up claim queries and chase supplier for credit note purposes Data entry Stakeholder management and negotiating payment plans where required Monthly account reconciliations – end of month process You will have:
