About the Role Key Accountabilities include but are not limited to: Support a safe, engaging and inclusive OSHC program where children can relax, play, learn and belong Actively supervise children during before and after school care, supporting positive behaviour and a calm, welcoming atmosphere Help facilitate fun, age-appropriate activities, assist with food preparation and support daily routines Maintain a welcoming, child safe environment for children and families, following policies, procedures and safe practices Work collaboratively with the OSHC team to meet quality and regulatory standards and contribute to continuous improvement About You Bring warmth and genuine enthusiasm for working alongside children Are caring, reliable and attentive, with a strong focus on child safety and wellbeing Communicate positively with children, families and colleagues, and build respectful relationships Are willing to learn, follow policies and frameworks, and maintain skilled boundaries, privacy and confidentiality Are committed to inclusion, teamwork and creating a culture where children's voices are heard and valued
