The Role Advise on a wide range of corporate matters, including private and public M A, corporate advisory, private capital and equity capital markets transactions.
Draft and negotiate transaction documents and public disclosure materials, contributing to the delivery of commercially focused advice.
Work closely with partners and colleagues nationally, including collaboration with interstate corporate teams on complex matters.
About You You will ideally have 2–3 years' PQE with demonstrable experience working on and executing corporate transactions in a private practice environment.
You will bring strong drafting, analytical, research and communication skills, with a commitment to client service and relationship building.
You will be commercially curious, collaborative and open to adopting new technologies, including AI-enabled legal tools.
