The Role We have an exciting chance for a Quality Supervisor to join our local team in either Karratha or Port Hedland.
This role oversees QA activities and reporting across the Pilbura region.
The ideal candidate will be analytical, focused, energetic, and self-motivated.
This is a local-based role, and the candidate should reside in either Karratha or Port Hedland - this is not a FIFO role.
Key Responsibilities: Conducting site inspections on completed works to ensure compliance to Technical Specifications and business process Performing business audits to ensure adherence to Business Rules,



General Specifications and documented processes and procedures Analysing data and actioning weekly reports for senior management Gathering evidence and responding to defects raised by the client Collaborating with the PFM Supervisors to provide support in the form of training to Direct Trades and Vendors This is an established and supportive team setting with Career progression opportunities Skills and Experience Strong trade background highly regarded (Plumbing, Electrical or Carpentry preferred) Experience in conducting site inspections and audits Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team with minimal supervision Solid data and trend analysis skills Demonstrated Computer skills (Use of Excel, Word, Outlook) Willingness to travel across the Midwest/Gascoyne area (Geraldton Carnarvon area branches) Knowledge of WHS Act **** WHS Regulations **** Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to promote compliance Ability to work within restricted timeframes to research, complete findings, and present recommendations for corrective actions Unristricted WA Driver's Licence Highly Regarded Qualifications: Trade Qualifications Current Supervisor's License Construction Industry Induction (White Card) Current First Aid Certificate Employee Benefits Attractive and competitive salary Long-term career potential Paid parental leave and discounts with selected retailers Employee Assistance Program with a tailored wellbeing initiative Our Commitment Programmed and PERSOL supports a workplace culture of zero harm and encourages this in all that we do.
