About the Role: An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Centre Manager to lead the performance and strategic direction of a retail shopping centre asset.
You will take full accountability for the day-to-day and strategic management of the centre, with a clear focus on maximising net return and enhancing overall asset performance.
You will lead a high-performing centre team while building strong relationships with retailers, owners, and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Drive financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and income optimisation Lead leasing strategy in collaboration with leasing teams to minimise vacancy and enhance tenant mix Analyse retailer performance and market trends to inform asset strategy Oversee centre operations, maintenance, and risk management to ensure compliance and efficiency Contribute to and execute centre marketing initiatives, including digital strategy Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, contractors,
