About the role Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead regional operations, working closely with Branch Managers, Central Support Staff, and our customers.
Main Responsibilities • Driving Branch performance and profitability • Leading strategic business development initiatives • Managing regional budgets and financial targets • Supporting recruitment, onboarding and training • Building robust relationship with key accounts and stakeholders • Ensuring compliance with Work, Health and Safety and also HR Standards • Championing company values and behaviours in everything you do
