YOUR ROLE In this KEY valued role, you will love the CHALLENGE+ immense SATISFACTION of being the RIGHT HAND to the managing partner assisting with helping seriously injured clients obtain justice in respect of their : TPD (total permanent disablement)/ income protection/trauma insurance claims via their superannuation fund+ other insurance policies; CTP (motor vehicle accidents) and Workers Compensation claims .
You will get 'front-end' hands-on BROAD-SPECTRUM experience (even managing your own files ) including: obtaining client instructions, reviewing medical evidence+ trust deed/insurance policies, legal research, providing technical legal advice in respect of the viability of the claim, liaising with the super fund, insurers/their solicitors and doctors, briefing counsel and attending court/settlement conferences.

WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you: Are a paralegal/law graduate (about to be admitted soon) OR a junior solicitor with minimum 18 months OR MORE PLAINTIFF personal injury legal experience; have had some TPD/super/income protection insurance experience (essential) + preferably some CTP and/or workers compensation/work injury damages experience ; have strong Microsoft Office (including Word) skills; have strong communication and interpersonal skills; are highly organized and can meet deadlines ; can work in a vibrant, fast-paced environment; are hungry to progress your personal injury legal career LONG-TERM with an employer committed to investing in your success.
