About the role
Kazz & Co Pty Ltd is seeking a highly organised, experienced and proactive Business Support & Scheduling Leader to join our growing team in East Bendigo.
This is a busy, fast-paced role that is central to the smooth operation of our business.
You will be responsible for coordinating staff rosters, participant support schedules and company vehicles while supporting the day-to-day administration of our office.
To succeed in this position, you must be confident managing competing priorities, responding to unexpected changes and maintaining a high level of accuracy while working under pressure.
This role would suit someone who enjoys solving problems, takes ownership of their responsibilities and understands the importance of reliable scheduling within a 24/7 support environment.
This is a full-time, Monday-to-Friday position based in our East Bendigo office.
The successful applicant will also participate in a rotating after-hours on-call roster.
Key responsibilities
Preparing, maintaining and regularly reviewing staff rosters
Coordinating participant support schedules and responding promptly to roster changes
Scheduling staff and company vehicles efficiently
Managing staff availability, leave requests and shift coverage
Identifying and resolving roster gaps promptly
Communicating roster changes clearly with staff, participants and relevant stakeholders
Participating in a rotating after-hours on-call roster
Responding calmly and professionally to unexpected staffing or scheduling issues
Ensuring all information is entered accurately and kept up to date




Completing general business administration and office support tasks
Assisting with the continued improvement of scheduling and administrative systems
Working collaboratively with management and the broader administration team
What we are looking for
The successful applicant will have:
Demonstrated experience in high-volume scheduling or rostering within a fast-paced workplace
Robust administrative and office coordination experience
The ability to remain calm, organised and solution-focused under pressure
Excellent time-management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy
Solid written and verbal communication skills
A friendly, skilled and respectful manner
The confidence to communicate expectations and follow up outstanding information
The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
A reliable, accountable and proactive approach to work
Full Australian working rights without the requirement for employer sponsorship
Availability to participate in a rotating after-hours on-call roster
Previous experience within the NDIS, disability, community services, healthcare or another 24/7 rostering environment will be highly regarded.
Experience using ShiftCare or a similar rostering platform would also be an advantage.
Pay: From $***** per hour
