WSP's Building Services team in Darwin is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer at Associate to Associate Director level to support a strong pipeline of defence, commercial and infrastructure projects.
This is a key leadership role within a close-knit team, offering the opportunity to shape project delivery locally while being supported by WSP's national and global network.
The role
You will play a leading role in delivering projects and strengthening our presence in the Northern Territory.
You'll Be Responsible For:
Leading electrical design across defence, commercial and infrastructure projectsManaging project delivery, including programme, financials and client outcomesBuilding and maintaining robust client relationshipsSupporting business development and identifying new opportunitiesMentoring and developing engineers within the teamCollaborating with national teams to bring specialist capability into local projects
About You
Electrical Engineering degree (or equivalent)Strong experience within building services consultancyProven leadership experience across project delivery and client managementExperience working on defence or secure projects is highly regardedStrong commercial awareness and ability to contribute to business growthAustralian Citizenship (essential)
