Structural Steel Estimator
to join our growing team within a well-established steel fabrication facility based in
Toowoomba City
.
This role is ideal for a motivated individual with an interest in structural steel and estimating, and who is eager to develop their skills through hands-on experience and training.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the preparation of tender submissions and cost estimates.
Accurate take off's for structural steel items and associated materials
Ability to liaise with external supplier for quoting purposes.
Support the estimating team with project pricing and documentation.
Ability to read Structural & Architectural drawings.
Use of computer software such as Excel to produce accurate estimates.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure accurate project information and specifications.
Ability to check your own work against information provided on the drawings.
