We're seeking an experienced and confident Part Time Front Desk Agent to join our hotel team.

strong Opera knowledge

About the Role
As a Front Desk Agent, you'll be the first and last impression for our guests, ensuring every interaction is professional, welcoming and memorable.
This role operates across a 24/7 roster, so flexibility to work a variety of shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays is essential.
What You'll Bring
• Previous experience working within an Accor hotel environment
• Strong working knowledge of Opera PMS




• Exceptional guest service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capability
• A positive, professional and reliable approach
• Availability to commence immediately is preferred
