About the role
As our
Baker
, you'll be responsible for producing the quality breads and bakery products that
Bakers Delight
is renowned for.
Your day-to-day duties will include:
mixing, moulding, proving and baking breads and bakery products
preparing doughs and managing fermentation processes
monitoring baking times and oven performance
maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
operating equipment safely and managing stock rotation
meeting daily production targets and quality standards.
What we're looking for
Full Australian working rights
essential




Availability for early morning and weekend shifts
essential
Min. 2 years baking experience
or
current / willing to do baking apprenticeship
essential
Demonstrated dough handling and bread-making skills
Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene requirements
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable, punctual and a positive team player.
