We are seeking an experienced

You will help
establish a coordinated internal support model across several
legal and integrity agencies, replacing multiple direct vendor
relationships with consistent support, clear escalation pathways
and common service standards.
Working as one of two Resolve
technical resources, you will provide advanced support,
configure complex workflows, develop reports, support
integrations and oversee improvements delivered internally or
through the vendor.
You will have the autonomy to provide
trusted advice, own outcomes, mentor less experienced staff and
shape the service as business needs evolve.
Experience with case
management, workflow, CRM or similar enterprise platforms is
desirable, with Resolve training available.
Strong skills in
SQL, reporting, APIs, integration design and application
configuration will be highly regarded.
The role offers variety
across multiple agencies, direct access to decision-makers,
practical work that supports justice and public services, and
flexible working arrangements including one day per week working
from home.
