We are seeking an experienced Private Client Stylist to join our luxury menswear retail location in New Albany.
This role is designed for a polished, relationship-driven menswear professional who specializes in building long-term client wardrobes and delivering a truly personalized, high-touch shopping experience.
This is a fully commission-based opportunity best suited for a stylist or senior sales professional with an established client book, robust local relationships, and a passion for premium menswear.
Role Overview
As a Private Client Stylist, you will act as a trusted wardrobe advisor to your clients — helping them build complete looks for business, formal, social, and everyday wear.
Success in this role comes from cultivating relationships, hosting private appointments, and proactively growing your personal book of business.
Key Responsibilities




Provide one-on-one luxury styling consultations and wardrobe planningBuild and maintain long-term client relationships based on trust and serviceLeverage your existing network and actively develop new high-value clientsSchedule and host private appointments and personalized shopping experiencesGuide clients on fit, tailoring, fabrics, occasion dressing, and seasonal wardrobe updatesMaintain detailed client preferences, sizing, and purchase historyParticipate in VIP events, trunk shows, and client outreach initiativesEnsure the showroom and presentation reflect premium luxury standards
Ideal Candidate
5+ years experience in men's luxury or premium apparel retailProven strength in clienteling and relationship-based sellingExisting transferable client book strongly preferredStrong knowledge of tailoring, garment construction, and luxury fabricsProfessional, polished, and service-oriented demeanorEntrepreneurial mindset and comfortable in a performance-driven commission environmentAbility to work part-time including key selling periods
Compensation
