- Can confidently prioritise competing demands while maintaining attention to detail.
- Has excellent computer and administrative skills.
- Is professional, compassionate and committed to confidentiality.
- Shares our values of kindness, authenticity, collaboration and continuous improvement.
Previous leadership or administration experience is highly regarded, particularly within healthcare, allied health or community services, however we value attitude, motivation and willingness to learn just as highly.
What We Offer
- Above Award salary.
- Full-time permanent position.
- Monday-Friday (8:30am-5:30pm).
- A supportive and cooperative workplace culture.
- Ongoing professional development opportunities.
- A genuine career pathway into a Practice Manager role.
- The opportunity to help shape the future of a growing and innovative practice.
- The chance to be part of a team that genuinely changes lives every day.
