About The Role
We are growing and looking for Accountants to join our Business Services team.
You'll deliver high‐quality, value‐adding work while developing your career in a high‐performing environment.
About The Team
BDO's Business Services division ensure our clients' success by adding value in every aspect of their business through the provision of world-class tax, compliance and advisory services.
Our clients are typically emerging businesses, fast growing corporate groups and high- income/ high-net worth individuals and family groups and range across all industries.

Growth advisoryStrategic planningBusiness mentoringDue diligence and transaction related servicesAccounting and adviceFinancial modellingApplications for business financeTax planning and structuringTaxation compliance and advice, including GSTSelection and implementation of business information services
Key Responsibilities




Prepare financial statements across various industries in line with regulatory and accounting standardsPrepare income tax returns for companies, trusts, and high net worth individualsSupport tax planning activities and assist in preparing advice on business operations and regulatory mattersProvide business and tax advisory services, including structuring, improvement, and growth supportPrepare Business Activity Statements and complete general business administration
What You'll Need To Succeed
Experience in a professional services environment, with a strong interest in tax and advisoryStrong relationship‐building skills and the ability to work effectively across teams while delivering exceptional client serviceSolid analytical and problem‐solving abilityHigh attention to detail and a proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learnWorking toward or interested in completing a CA or CPA qualificationExperience with Advanced Professional Solutions (APS) or Xero (desirable)
