We are committed to improving the health and wellbeing of our community through evidence-based exercise programmes, professional guidance, and a supportive workplace.
Our team of qualified professionals work collaboratively to deliver exceptional care and help clients achieve their fitness and health goals.
Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic
Accredited Exercise Scientist or Allied Health Assistant to join our growing team in a full-time capacity.
This role is centred around supporting clients to safely complete their individually prescribed exercise programs within a supervised clinical environment.
Rather than delivering traditional group fitness classes, you will oversee scheduled exercise sessions where multiple clients complete personalised programs developed by our Exercise Physiologists.
You will provide exercise supervision, motivation and technique correction while ensuring each client is exercising safely and confidently.
Depending on your qualifications, experience and scope of practice, you may also deliver one-on-one exercise sessions and assist with the implementation of individual treatment plans under the guidance of our Exercise Physiologists.
Our clients include DVA veterans, NDIS participants, Medicare EPC referrals, WorkCover and CTP clients, private clients, older adults, and individuals living with chronic health conditions, neurological conditions and musculoskeletal injuries.
You'll also play an important role in supporting clients participating in strength and balance programs, falls prevention,

rehabilitation and chronic disease management.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, values evidence-based exercise and is passionate about helping clients improve their health, function and quality of life.
Key responsibilities
Supervise clients completing individually prescribed exercise programs in a clinical group setting.
Provide exercise instruction, motivation and technique correction to ensure safe and effective participation.
Deliver one-on-one exercise sessions where appropriate, based on your qualifications and experience.
Monitor client progress and communicate with Exercise Physiologists to support optimal outcomes.
Assist with basic assessments and exercise program implementation within your scope of practice.
Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
Ensure the clinic and equipment are clean, safe and well maintained.
Provide exceptional customer service while creating a welcoming and supportive environment.
Work collaboratively with the clinical team to deliver high-quality client care.
What we're looking for
ESSA accreditation as an Accredited Exercise Scientist or an experienced Allied Health Assistant
A passion for helping people improve their health, function and quality of life through exercise.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients of all ages and abilities.
A positive, proactive and team-oriented approach.
Current First Aid and CPR certification.
A current Blue Card (or the ability to obtain one).
A current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or the ability to obtain one).
A current driver's licence.
What we offer
LifeInMotion Exercise Physiology is entering an exciting new chapter under new ownership, with a renewed focus on delivering exceptional client outcomes and building a thriving, supportive team.
We are committed to supporting the professional development and wellbeing of our team members, offering a workplace culture where your contributions are valued and your growth is encouraged.
We provide competitive remuneration commensurate with qualifications and experience, along with a collaborative environment where you can make a genuine difference in people's lives.
We are dedicated to fostering a positive work-life balance and creating an inclusive workplace where all team members can thrive.
Professional development opportunities are available to support your continued learning and career progression within the exercise physiology and fitness industry.
