The Department for
Infrastructure and Transport plays a vital role connecting people
and places in South Australia by managing roads, marine and public
transport networks across the State, and builds and maintains the
State-owned infrastructure that enables the delivery of essential
and significant government services to our community.
Service SA delivers
streamlined transactional and regulatory services through a
multichannel model.
We're looking for someone
who genuinely cares about delivering great customer outcomes for
both internal and external customers, while working confidently
within organisational frameworks.
You're someone who takes
initiative, stays calm under pressure, and can juggle competing
priorities to deliver a high standard of service delivery.
You
communicate clearly and build solid relationships, take a
proactive, accountable approach to continuous improvement, and
manage a team to build high-quality performance.
You'll need to
contribute to the resolution of system incidents, supervise testing
of system enhancements and provide updates to relevant stakeholders
ensuring effective collaboration.
Special
Conditions
Attendance is required
on a rostered basis to cover operating hours or 8 am to 5 pm,
Monday to Saturday.
A National Police
Check (NPC) is required prior to employment in the Department
for Infrastructure and Transport which must be renewed every
three years.
A Working with
Children Check (WWCC) is required prior to employment with the
Department for Infrastructure and Transport, which must be
renewed every five years before expiry.
Some out-of-hours and
weekend work along with some intra/interstate travel may be
required.
