Citadel Medical is looking for experienced Emergency Services Officers and Medical Emergency Services Officers who are passionate about protecting people, responding with confidence and making a genuine difference on site.
We have multiple FIFO opportunities available in the Pilbara, with immediate starts available for suitable candidates.

The Opportunity
As an MESO with Citadel Medical, you will play a key role in protecting the health and safety of the workforce.
No two days will be exactly the same.
You may be responding to an emergency, supporting an injured worker, maintaining rescue readiness, delivering training or helping strengthen the site's overall emergency response capability.
You will work as part of a highly skilled team while also being trusted to use your judgement, experience and initiative when it counts.
Depending on the role and project requirements, your responsibilities may include:
Responding to emergency, rescue and medical incidents
Supporting injured or unwell workers
Maintaining emergency response equipment and readiness
Participating in drills, exercises and training
Providing practical health and safety support
Working closely with site teams and operational leaders
Contributing to a positive, professional and safety-focused culture
About You
You are calm under pressure,
dependable and ready to step forward when others need support.
You understand that great emergency response is not only about technical ability.
It is also about communication, teamwork, preparation and treating every person with dignity and care.
We would love to hear from you if you have:
Mandatory Requirements
Certificate III in Emergency Response and Rescue, or equivalent
Certificate IV in Health Care, or equivalent
At least two years of relevant experience
At least one year of remote or industrial experience
Experience managing complex emergency situations
A strong commitment to emergency preparedness and high-quality care
The ability to work confidently both independently and as part of a team
Western Australian residency and the ability to mobilise from Perth
A current HR driver's licence
Desirable Qualifications
The following will be highly regarded:
Current AHPRA registration as a nurse or paramedic
Construction White Card
RIIVEH305F – Operate and Maintain a Four-Wheel-Drive Vehicle, or equivalent
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
HLTPAT005 – Collect Specimens for Drugs of Abuse Testing
