We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Sandstone Capping Production Worker to join our manufacturing team at WA Stoneworks.
This is a full-time position based in Carabooda, WA ****.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in our production operations, working with reconstituted sandstone materials to manufacture high-quality capping products.
You will be instrumental in maintaining our reputation for excellence whilst contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing facility.
What you'll be doing
Operating machinery and equipment used in the sandstone capping production process
Preparing and processing sandstone materials according to specifications and quality standards
Monitoring production output and ensuring products meet required dimensions and finish standards
Performing quality checks on finished capping products before they are packaged and dispatched
Maintaining a protected and clean working environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols
Assisting with the loading and unloading of materials and finished products
Performing routine maintenance and cleaning of production equipment
Working as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines
What we're looking for
Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly work (preferably in stone or masonry-related industries)




The ability to operate machinery safely and competently
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality standards
Physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks, including standing for extended periods and lifting heavy materials
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Reliability and punctuality with a strong work ethic
A willingness to learn and develop new skills on the job
Any relevant qualifications or certifications in machinery operation or health and safety would be advantageous
