About The Role
Are you a tradie or technician ready to hang up the tools and bring your practical know-how into the office?
This is your chance to step into a technical sales support role where your hands‐on experience and problem‐solving mindset will be highly valued.
You'll work closely with a small, efficient team and report to the Sales Manager, using your mechanical or technical background to help customers find the right solutions.
Your practical experience will be key in building strong relationships through proactive follow‐ups and resolving technical queries.
You'll also support the wider sales team, contributing to the growth of the business by applying your hands‐on knowledge in a new, office‐based setting.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Outbound phone calls following up warm leads
Supporting customers via phone and email
Qualifying, submitting and following up quotes in a timely manner
Resolving enquiries or issues promptly and professionally
Assisting the broader team and clients with technical support and general administrative tasks
Driving your own knowledge of business product
About You
You don't need pump experience - we'll teach you that.




What you do need is a solid understanding of how things work, a willingness to learn, and the confidence to talk to customers and solve problems.
