About The Role
Based out of Rockhampton, you will attend customer sites to install, service and maintain fire protection equipment, including unpumped hose reels and hydrants, extinguishers, and other related products.
Other Duties Will Include
Servicing portable fire equipment on customer premises and recommending portable fire protection and safety systems to comply with Australian Standards
Providing excellent customer service and advice to our clients on site
Using power tools to install and repair portable fire equipment such as extinguishers and blankets
Opportunity for overtime pay when travelling to remote sites
Using the Field Service mobile phone application to plan and organise your schedule
Travel on occasions when required
About You
Previous experience in the Fire industry is preferred, accompanied by relevant QLD qualifications.
A service mindset and enjoyment of customer interaction are desirable.
Certificate II in Fire Protection
QBCC – Fire Protection-Portable-Install and Maintain
Current driver's licence
Australian citizen or permanent resident
Construction industry white card (or ability to obtain one)




Experience in a similar role with basic maintenance and mobile service delivery is desirable
Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate with clients on site
Positive time‐management and organisational skills
Efficiency demonstrated through prior time and route planning
Ability to prepare written reports and quotations when required
