and support the development of pharmacy staff, fostering a positive and high-performing team environmentAct as a key point of expertise for oncology pharmacy practice within the teamAbout YouYou are an experienced Oncology Pharmacist with a strong commitment to patient-centred cancer care.
You bring well-developed clinical knowledge and are confident working in a rapid-paced, multidisciplinary environment.You are also passionate about supporting and developing others and thrive in a role where you can contribute both clinically and as a mentor.Essential requirementsCurrent AHPRA general registrationMinimum 2-years' experience in oncology pharmacyStrong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and manage interactions with doctors and multidisciplinary teamsA proactive approach to mentoring and coachingPlease note that this role requires prior oncology pharmacy experience.
