We're seeking a driven and relationship-focused Partnership Manager to join our Member Services & Growth team and play a key role in growing legalsuper's reach and impact.
legalsuper is a boutique industry superannuation fund, focused on the legal community.
We have a very engaged membership, and we are committed to the delivery of high quality, personalised services to both members and employers.
You'll be responsible for growing and deepening relationships with employers, advisers and key partners—driving member growth, engagement and retention across your portfolio.

Own and grow your portfolio
Take the lead in developing and executing partnership strategies that directly contribute to member and fund growth.

Broad exposure across the business
Work closely with teams across legalsuper—from data analytics to marketing and operations—giving you a holistic view of how growth is delivered across a super fund.
Build trusted relationships
Develop long-term partnerships with employers and advisers, positioning yourself as a trusted partner and driving sustainable growth outcomes.

Who we're looking for:




A collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering member-first outcomes.
Proven experience in B2B relationship management or business development, ideally within superannuation or financial services.
Strong ability to build and influence relationships at all levels, including employers and advisers
A track record of driving growth, engagement and retention outcomes.
Relevant qualifications (e.g. RG146, financial planning or business-related degree) will be highly regarded.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
