We're on the hunt for a bold, creative marketer to build an in-house content and brand function from the ground up — for an established, entrepreneurial professional services business.
This is a content-heavy, high-impact role inside a fast-growing brand that's scaling quick and doing things its own way.
You'll own the content strategy end-to-end: big ideas through to execution, working closely with a dedicated videographer to bring stories to life across video, social, EDMs and events.
You'll help build the CEO's personal profile as an industry voice, grow brand awareness organically and through paid channels, and start shaping a regular event calendar that gets the community in the room together.
What you'll be doing
Owning content strategy — concept, plan, film, publish
Standing up the first paid social & digital campaigns
Writing copy that sounds like the brand — EDMs, social, brand
Building the CEO's personal brand through authentic,



story-led content
Kicking off a regular event strategy
Laying the foundations — workflows, calendars, reporting — for an in-house function that's genuinely yours to shape
What you'll bring
4+ years in marketing, ideally content, social or brand-led
Strong copywriting chops across multiple formats
Comfortable directing a videographer and getting hands‐on
Experience building an individual's personal/executive brand — big plus
A bold, entrepreneurial mindset and a genuine appetite for ambiguity
A portfolio that shows the ideas and the results
