The BDM willbe responsible fordriving growth byidentifyingandacquiringproperties for telecommunications infrastructure.
The candidate willbe responsible forbuilding strong relationships with landlords, Strata managers and committeesbyensuring a seamless onboarding process.
This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a passion for real estateand telecommunicationsand a talent for sales and client engagement.Key Responsibilities:Prospect and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.Introduceleads to the telecommunication network and onboardnew buildingsBuild andmaintainstrong relationships with property owners,propertyinvestors,



and developers.Collaborate with theplanning and designteam to ensure smooth onboarding andhandoverof new clients.Develop and implement strategies toincrease thetake upof infrastructure.Represent the company at industry events,information sessions, communityfunctionsand committee meetings.Maintainaccuraterecords of leads, opportunities, and client interactionsin company systems.Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify recent opportunities.Effectively explain and educate stakeholders on the telecommunication network and how it operatesRequired Qualifications & Experience:Proven experience in business development,salesortelecommunicationsStrong understanding of the Australian property market and landlord expectations.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Technical understanding of how telecommunication access networksoperateand are installed (FTTP desired).
