Job Title & LocationMedTech Sales (Clinical Sales – Surgeons, Commission) – North Ryde, New South Wales, AustraliaAbout the RoleAs a customer‐focused Product Specialist, you will manage a North Sydney territory, driving sales and adoption of our Trauma product portfolio, supporting surgeons in the operating theatre, and delivering product demonstrations and training.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement innovative sales strategies for trauma products.Promote sale of trauma products and actively manage consignment inventory and loan equipment logistics.Build relationships within the territory through trusted partnership and data insights.Support surgeons during cases in the operating theatre.Conduct product demonstrations and provide accurate information on product indications.Deliver regular training for theatre personnel in partnership with Internal Professional Education and Marketing teams.Qualifications & ExperienceDegree qualified with proven hospital sales and territory management skills.Confidence to work effectively under pressure in an operating theatre environment.Positive can‐do attitude, flexibility to work after office hours, and participation in a rotating weekend on‐call roster.Ability to identify customer pain points, expectations, and implicit needs, and proactively seek solutions.Commercial acumen,
