About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and driven Lead Frontend Developer and Web Design to join our team in a senior, business-critical capacity.
This is a full-time, permanent position that sits at the heart of our technology operations, providing vital continuity between design, development, and delivery.You will lead our frontend architecture and work closely with stakeholders, international teams, and internal departments to deliver high-quality, scalable digital products.
This is a rare opportunity to take genuine ownership of frontend strategy and execution within a growing organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead frontend architecture and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable codeDesign and document frontend features, including UI/UX solutions aligned with business requirementsWrite, test, and deploy frontend code across the company's platformsCollaborate with stakeholders to define feature requirements and translate them into effective design outcomesCoordinate with cross-functional teams across Australia and India to ensure aligned deliveryMentor, onboard, and support developers and designers to achieve exceptional outcomesOversee integration, testing,
and troubleshooting of frontend modulesPrototype and evaluate emerging technologies to inform the company's technical directionContribute to business development strategies relating to frontend servicesAbout YouYou are a seasoned frontend professional with strong technical expertise and proven leadership experience.
You thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced workplace and are confident managing both the technical and people dimensions of a senior role.You will bring:A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent demonstrated experience)Demonstrated expertise in frontend development (e.g. HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Vue, or equivalent frameworks)Experience with UI/UX design tools and principlesProficiency in version control systems (e.g. Git) and modern development workflowsProven experience (7+ years) leading and mentoring technical teamsStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsExperience coordinating with cross-functional and/or international teamsA proactive approach to technology research and continuous improvementexperience with modern AI tools + building and using AI agentsPay: $155,****** – $165,****** per yearWork Location: In person
