About The Role
Reporting to the Infrastructure Manager, this Systems Administrator role is responsible for improving the reliability, security and performance of enterprise technology environments.
Working closely with Service Desk, Operations teams and external vendors, you will support infrastructure operations while driving automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Duties / Key Responsibilities
Act as the escalation point for complex infrastructure incidents and requests through to resolution
Support and maintain enterprise infrastructure including servers, networking, endpoints, identity and collaboration platforms
Design and implement automation solutions to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency
Administer Microsoft 365 environments while maintaining licensing and security compliance
Develop and maintain documentation, runbooks and operational knowledge across teams
Skills and Experience
Previous experience in a Systems Administrator or similar infrastructure operations role
Strong PowerShell scripting and automation capability
Deep knowledge of Active Directory and Entra ID
Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Intune environments
Exposure to Azure, Windows Server and VMware environments
Understanding of networking technologies, ideally within Fortinet environments
Ability to troubleshoot complex issues using structured problem-solving approaches
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology highly regarded
Microsoft certifications highly regarded
