Are you an experienced, customer-focused management couple looking for your next Outback adventure?
An exciting opportunity is available for an enthusiastic and capable couple to independently manage the award-winning Julia Creek Caravan Park from September ****.
Operating under the guidance of McKinlay Shire Council's Community Services Team Leader, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of one of Queensland's premier regional caravan parks.

Recognised as one of Australia's leading regional caravan parks, Julia Creek Caravan Park has experienced significant growth over the past five years and has been recognised with:

The Caravan Park features:
Over 40 powered caravan sites
Large powered and unpowered camping areas
10 cabins, including self-contained family cabins, an accessible cabin and twin-share accommodation

About You
To be successful, you will have:




Previous caravan park or holiday park management experience
Demonstrated experience using RMS booking software (essential)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisational and administrative abilities
A proactive, hands-on approach
The ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with Council
An Australian Business Number (ABN) or the ability to obtain one before commencement
