About This Role
At NCI, our clients are at the centre of everything we do.
Based in our North Sydney office, this is an excellent and rare chance for a Client Service Manager (CSM) to take over an existing portfolio of clients to ensure that they are serviced to the highest possible standard.
Key to your success will be the ability to retain and renew our existing clients' policies whilst identifying potential cross‐selling opportunities.
Responsibilities
Conduct face‐to‐face client visits.
Assist with client queries regarding NCI's products and services.
Conduct demonstrations of relevant NCI products as needed.
Act as an intermediary between NCI's client and insurance providers.
Assess the needs of clients, understand their risks, and promote suitable insurance policies to meet those requirements.
Receive exceptional training to ensure your success.
Receive a car allowance or vehicle to enable client visits.
Qualifications




Prior experience in a face‐to‐face client service/customer retention role.
Ability to develop rapport and relationships.
Experience in a professional, B2B environment.
Knowledge of insurance and/or trade credit (highly desirable).
Comfortable in a fast‐paced environment that requires regular touchpoints with clients.
Able to pick up new concepts and explain them with ease to clients.
Confident communicator comfortable working collaboratively within a team.
