SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management Functional Consultant Location: Australia | Type: Permanent Salary: $160,000–$170,000 base + super bonus (up to $210,000 package) Join a large enterprise organisation supporting and enhancing its SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management platform.
You'll work across Performance Goals, Succession Development, and Learning, partnering with HR and technology teams to deliver functional improvements, system enhancements, and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management modules Gather requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and deliver functional solutions Facilitate workshops and collaborate with business stakeholders Manage testing, defect resolution,



and post-go-live support Work closely with development teams and third-party platforms, including ServiceNow HRSD Support continuous improvement across HR systems and processes Key Requirements Robust experience with SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management (Performance Goals, Succession Development, Learning) Experience delivering SuccessFactors implementations and/or support Knowledge of Employee Central and broader SuccessFactors integrations Strong stakeholder engagement, business analysis, and functional configuration skills Experience with HR business processes and Agile delivery environments
