About the Role: We're looking for a digitally curious, detail-driven eCommerce Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of our online platforms.
You'll be the go-to for merchandising magic, campaign execution, and performance insights - helping us deliver seamless, engaging experiences for every customer who clicks "add to cart."
This is a hands-on role where your creativity, precision, and love for data will help shape how our products sparkle online.
What You'll Be Doing: Curate and manage product listings, categories, and promotional content.
Execute online campaigns and ensure timely, accurate launches.
Optimise product visibility through smart merchandising and navigation.
Monitor site performance and customer behaviour to uncover insights.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging and promotions.
Support A/B testing and on-site enhancements to improve UX.
Keep our digital shelves stocked, sorted, and sparkling.
What You'll Bring: Experience in eCommerce, online retail, or digital merchandising.
A keen eye for detail and a love for making data-driven decisions.
Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud preferred) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Excel, Tableau).
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
