We are currently seeking an experienced Parts Interpreter for an immediate start.
Working with a premium National Brand, you will play a key role in supporting our customers and workshop by providing expert technical advice and ensuring the right parts are where they need to be.

The Role Reporting to the Parts Manager, your day-to-day will involve: Technical Interpretation: Assessing customer needs and interpreting specifications, codes, and product descriptions.
Systems Management: Utilizing OEM portals and DMS to check stock, pricing, and availability.
Customer Support: Generating quotes and providing advice on variants, warranty,



and part care.
Internal Support: Working closely with the workshop to fulfill part requests and assisting in the warehouse with ad hoc duties.
What You'll Bring The ideal candidate is a proactive team player who thrives in a busy dealership environment.
You should have: Industry Experience: Proven experience at a Spare Parts counter within Agricultural industry.
Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
Tech Savvy: High computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Technical Knowledge: Confidence in interpreting complex parts and specifications.
Qualifications: A current Forklift ticket current Drivers Licence.
