Allstaff Resources is currently seeking experienced Production Workers for multiple ongoing opportunities with our Salisbury-based client, a well-known manufacturer of premium handcrafted boots, leather goods, and apparel.
These roles offer 38+ hours per week on day shift within a supportive team environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking stable, ongoing employment with the potential to secure a permanent position following a successful probationary period.
Duties include, but are not limited to: Operating production machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently Inspecting, trimming, and finishing leather goods to meet quality standards Packaging and preparing products for dispatch Following standard operating procedures and work instructions Conducting quality checks throughout the production process Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area Working within a fast-paced team environment to achieve daily production targets Successful candidates will possess the following:



Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work Availability to work 38+ hours per week with unrestricted working rights Reliable transport and a strong attendance record Physical capability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Willingness to complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing What's on Offer?
$***** per hour + penalties Immediate start available for suitable candidates Monday to Friday roster with an early finish every Friday Supportive team culture with a safety-first workplace Comprehensive induction and on-the-job training Site walkthrough and work trial provided, allowing candidates to experience the role before commencing Opportunity for permanency following a successful probation period Successful applicants will be required to complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.
