Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Service Centre Manager to lead one of their key operations.
The Prospect Reporting to senior leadership, you'll have full responsibility for the performance of the service centre, ensuring operational excellence while delivering outstanding customer service and sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a high-performing team through coaching, mentoring and performance management.
Drive profitability through strong commercial and operational decision making.
Monitor financial performance, budgets and key business metrics.
Improve operational efficiency, inventory management and service delivery.




Develop and grow existing customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
Ensure compliance with WHS, quality and environmental standards.
Champion continuous improvement across systems, processes and people.
About You Previous experience managing a service centre, branch, operations or manufacturing facility.
(steel or aluminum desirable but not essential).
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Commercial acumen with P L or budget responsibility.
Excellent customer relationship management skills.
Continuous improvement mindset.
