YOUR NEW ROLE As a valued construction lawyer, under the leadership of one of their top construction partners, being the RIGHT-HAND to a senior associate, you will relish actively engaging in highly intellectually stimulating +interesting construction disputes (approx *****% litigation) and some construction transactions/advisory work (approx *****%).

WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you: are admitted as a solicitor in NSW ; have minimum 2 year s(or more up to associate level) in construction LITIGATION (essential) and construction transactions/advisory (preferable not essential); have solid communication, legal drafting research, negotiation, advocacy and client management skills; are adaptable, commercial, dead-line driven and results-oriented ; have proven ability to work in a fast-paced busy environment; are hungry to advance your career LONG-TERM as a construction lawyer.
