About the Role Our client, a premium real estate agency based in the South East, is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to take on a well maintained residential portfolio of 190 properties across Melbourne's South East.
This is an end-to-end role, fully supported by three Property Manager Associates and a Head of Department... so you can focus on relationship management and strategic portfolio oversight, not admin overload.
You'll join a close-knit team of over 20+ in the PM department, known for its fun, professional and collaborative culture, with tenure that speaks for itself.
Many team members have stayed 10+ years!!
Key Responsibilities Full management of a residential portfolio — inspections, maintenance, rent reviews and lease renewals Arrears control, compliance, breach notices and VCAT representation Building solid, long-term relationships with landlords and tenants Maintaining high standards of communication,
