About the Role We're partnered with a well-established mining organisation seeking an experienced HR Advisor for a FIFO from Brisbane opportunity supporting site-based operations.
This is a hands-on role working closely with leaders on site, providing support across the full employee lifecycle including employee relations, workforce planning, and day-to-day HR delivery.
You'll play a key role in ensuring consistent HR practices across site while contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
This is a permanent opportunity offering long-term stability within a well-performing mining operation.
Key Responsibilities • Provide day-to-day HR support across site operations • Support leaders with employee relations matters, including investigations and case management • Assist with workforce planning and recruitment activities • Support performance management and development processes • Contribute to enterprise agreement application and IR processes • Drive engagement, culture,
